singles title by defeating Romina Oprandi of Switzerland in the Grand
Prix La Princesse Lalla Meryem in the Moroccan resort of Marrakech on
Sunday.
The score was 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
In the women's doubles, Garbine Muguruza combined with Romina Oprandi
of Switzerland to beat Poland's Katarzyna Piter and Ukraine's Maryna
Zanevska 4-6, 6-2, 11-9.
