Bale Ready To Get His Eye In

Totally recovered from his niggles

Gareth Bale will be on perfect form for the Champions League final. That is, if he continues improving as he has done up to now and nothing untoward happens over the next few days.
After not being called up for the game against Valladolid and not playing for a single minute against Celta, Bale was out training at the Valdebebas training complex normally, not a bandage to be seen on his body. Everything points to the player taking part in this weekend's game against Espanyol. Ancelotti's plan is to give the Welshman enough minutes to have him raring to go for the big final.
The game against the Catalan club shouldn't be a tough one - neither team has anything to play for and Bale could do with the minutes. If he didn't get a look-in, he'd arrive in Lisbon without having played a single minute in three weeks.
