Unai Emery called on his Sevilla team to "enjoy the moment" ahead of the Europa League final, noting that getting this far had been a distant "dream" when the club's European campaign began back on 1st August.
Emery claimed that Benfica should be considered favourites despite being without several players through injury and suspension, calling such absences "important, but not decisive". "The way they set up as a team won't change. Juventus were the big favourites to win it and Benfica knocked them out - and they did it here [at the Juventus Stadium] to boot. But that doesn't mean we don't believe in our chances of beating them. We respect the opposition and there can be no doubt that we're both worthy finalists", he argued.
