Neymar: 'My friend Messi is better than Cristiano'

The Brazilian is adamant that the Argentine is the greatest player he's ever watched and thus superior to the Real Madrid star.
Messi's great footballing rival over the past seven or eight years has been Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, but Neymar has no doubts that the Argentine is the best. He told reporters on a trip to a Formula One testing circuit in Catalunya: "Messi is the greatest footballer I've ever watched play. Along with Cristiano Ronaldo, he is the best in the world, but Leo is my friend and - for me - he is the better of the two."
