Nigerian goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo has expressed optimism that his
side would claim a resounding victory with better performance when they
face Ghana’s Black Satellites in a semi-final game today at the
on-going African Youth Championship in Senegal.
“We are going into the game tomorrow (Wednesday) with much confidence
and concentration, our mind-set is to win the game and we believe we
have what it takes to do us, we would do according to what the coaches
want from us, we have beaten them before (in a friendly) and by God’s
grace we will do it again tomorrow,” he said.
“What is needed from me is to be ready for the task and I believe I’m
prepared to make Nigeria proud and do my job diligently anytime I’m
called.”
