Dani Alves is close to leaving Barcelona and signing for a new club according to his agent.
The right back is on the verge of signing a contract with another club. The news was broken by Dinorah Santana, Alves' agent, on Radio RAC 1.
"We are close to signing with another club, discussions are well advanced. Dani is still available for Barcelona, but it should not last too long. They (officials of Barcelona) want to portray Dani as the villain in this. They want people to believe that it is bad but it's not. This is tiring."
Manchester United have long been an admirer of the 31 year old. It remains to be seen which clubs Santana was referring to.
