Former Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has defended his former assistant coach.

Former Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti was full of praise for Zinedine Zidane on 'RMC'. "He has a great track record as a player and is now learning the ropes as a coach. He is charismatic, has a huge personality and lots of experience. He could be a future head coach at Real Madrid or any other club. He'd do well at Madrid. He knows the club inside and out. When he talks, the players listen".
He said that the most important thing is "to have a good relationship with the players. If not, there's no motivation to implement a system or get the players working. I'm speaking in general terms. I don't know what's going on in the Real Madrid dressing room".
