Give Keshi A Chance To Succeed, Kigigha Tells NFF

FIFA Referees Fitness Instructor and Assistant Commissioner of Police, Felix Kigigha, has tasked the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to support Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, to build a strong team for the World Cup in Brazil.
Kigigha, who is also a member of the Anambra Football Federation (AFF), advised the federation to desist from interfering in the players’ list to be submitted by the coach.
“I think that the delay in making public the list could be due to a hidden agenda by the NFF to include their favoured players,” Kigigha said.
“We have the materials to do us proud at the World Cup and the boys I know can always bring out the Nigerian spirit to play and make us proud.
“By now, the NFF and Keshi should have met on the list ready for the World Cup.
“I want to submit that because of these reasons, Eagles have an outside chance of winning the World Cup.”
On the clamour for Villareal striker, Ike Uche, to be invited by Keshi ahead of the World Cup camping, Kigigha said: “Uche should make the World Cup list because he is currently one of the best three strikers in Spain and he should be a value addition to the Nigerian team.”
