Usain Bolt Seeks trial At Manchester United

But that’s not even the best part.
The sprint king says he is serious about getting a shot at the English Premier League giant and reckons the Red Devils wouldn’t be able to resist the lure of signing him to a five-year deal if he did train with Louis van Gaal’s team. That’s confidence.
Bolt previously joked about his desire to play for Manchester United, but insists he seriously wants a chance to play for the club.
The six-time Olympic gold medallist and indisputably the fastest man on the planet says he would be good enough to play football for the biggest club on earth.
Bolt has made several visits to Old Trafford and says a meeting with Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009 and the chance to walk out onto the field during the half-time break of a United game has always had him salivating at the idea of playing for the club..
“From then on I was mindbent on playing for Manchester United,” Bolt told MUTV.
“I was like, ‘Yo, I need to play for Manchester United.’ I was telling Fergy (retired United manager Sir Alex Ferguson) to listen. He was like, ‘Come, you should come train with us.’ Then he left and I was like, ‘I’m never going to get into this team.’”
Bolt declared new manager van Gaal wouldn’t be disappointed if he gave him a trial.
“I would love to. I think I should do a trial,” he said.
