CAF Champions League:Pillars plan big for 2014
Head coach of Nigeria league champions, Baba Ganaru has disclosed there would be far reaching changes to the team as part of measures to ensure a good outing in the continental competition next year. “We are going to do a good recruitment so that we will give Nigeria good representation when the champions league hostility resumes. Part of plans he said would be recruitment of more players and reordering of priorities.
According to Ganaru, Pillar’s Champions League chances are very bright, as the team had begun intensive preparations soon after the Nigerian season ended recently.

While Enyimba have won the champions League twice, in 2003/2004, Shooting Stars and Rangers have in their kitty, the defunct CAF Cup.
