Barcelona
goalkeeper Víctor
Valdés, who has been injured since the end of March, has said his farewells
to the squad and technical staff with a brief speech in the dressing room.
The keeper, who is recovering from an anterior cruciate
ligament injury to his right knee, went into the dressing room, collected his
personal possessions and said goodbye to his teammates and coaches, as well as
other staff that he has worked with on a daily basis for such a long time.
The shot-stopper's future will be in Monaco. It is
yet to be seen exactly what the mood will be like when the goalie says good bye
to the fans, since Barcelona's last game of the season is a 'title fight'
against Atlético at the Camp Nou.
