Celta Vigo's Mr. Cool

Ten months as first-team coach at Celta de Vigo have been more than enough to see that Luis Enrique Martínez is someone who in no way goes unnoticed in and around the workplace.
With the season drawing to a close, the Spaniard's outstanding recent run of results with Celta are currently his best endorsement as an up-and coming coach..
He asked the squad's permission to wear sunglasses
The future FC Barcelona manager gives a very surprising first impression. It simply isn't normal to oversee training in sunglasses -he asked his squad's permission claiming he had an eye injury- or to climb and perch on the top of scaffolding to get a better view of the training undertaken every day by the players in his team.
Training behind closed doors and no personal interviews
Luis Enrique's profile is that of a very meticulous coach, one who thoroughly prepares -with his coaching staff- for every single game. Very few people can comment on his methods given that the majority of his training sessions take place behind closed doors, plus he only speaks publicly on the day before games and right after the final whistle, and never gives personal interviews.
