Tribute To Barça For 5th Champions League

Barcelonawill be at the centre of attention at theUEFA galato be held on Thursday in

Monaco. The Barça team will be commemorated for winning the club's fifth Champions League trophy, which was achieved on 6th June at the Olympiastadion in Berlin against Juventus.

The gala will take place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from 17:30 and the club will be widely represented. President Josep Maria Bartomeu, three players - Leo Messi, Luis Suárez and Andrés Iniesta as captain - and five members of the board will all be in attendance. Andoni Zubizarreta, Carles Puyol, Éric Abidal and Juliano Belletti - the last two will travel independently- will also be there as representatives of the club's Champions League-winning sides.

In the middle of the draw several awards for last season will be handed out, which Messi, Suárez, Neymar and Marc-André ter Stegen have been nominated for. The Uruguayan has been nominated along with the Argentine star in the Player of the Year category. The Barça number 10's name has also been put forward for the Best Goal award along with Neymar, while the German goalkeeper is up for the Best Save award.
