France, Spain, Germany EURO 2016 Favorites

For the first time 24 nations will be playing in the EURO 2016 tournament, but there are a few teams that stand above the rest. After their heavy 3-1 loss to Slovakia in a warmup game on Sunday, can Germany count themselves among them?
