Barça Players Working Overtime

 Six players reported for duty despite being given the day off

Six of Barcelona's first team players were putting in overtime at the 'Ciudad Deportiva' training facilities, turning up for an impromptu workout. The players reporting for voluntary duty were Xavi, Iniesta, Piqué, Adriano, Pinto and Mascherano.
Tata Martino had given the team the day off, but a few of the players opted for an extra training session instead to prepare for the crucial game next Sunday against Elche – an opportunity few could have predicted after Saturday's draw against Getafe.
