Bayern Munich Lift 25th Bundesliga Title

Bayern Munich were handed their third Bundesliga title in a row after Monchengladbach defeated Wolfsburg 1-0 on Sunday.
Thanks to Max Kruse's late goal, the "Foals" ended any of runners-up Wolfsburg's title chance, and confirmed front-runners Bayern Munich, who already reaped a 1-0 win over Berlin on Saturday, as the 2014-2015 Bundesliga champions with four rounds to go this season.
