Mogi Mirim, the Serie B Sāo Paulo side of which he is now president.
The 43-year-old hung up his boots in March last year, but with his side struggling this year he has been training with the squad and is considering a shock return to playing action.
In a press release, he revealed that he is mentally ready for the challenge but cautioned that everything will be come down to his physical condition, adding that he must beware of hampering his team if he is off the pace.
