Nigeria League champions, First Deepwater basketball club and Angolan side Inter Clube have qualified for the semifinals of the ongoing 19th Africa Champions Clubs Cup for Women in Meknes Morrocco. In quarter final games decided Wednesday, First Deepwater rode past COD Meknes of Morocco 78-61 while Inter Clube edged past Dolphin of Nigeria 92-35. Other qualifiers are Angola’s Primeiro Du Agosto who beat I.R. Tanger of Morocco 89-27 and USIU of Kenya lost to another Kenyan side, EAGLE WINGS by 83-66. Semi finals and classifications for 5th to 8th places are have been holding today. Finals come up December 1.
