Barcelona have always been seen as a buying club, but in recent seasons they have raised a significant amount of money from selling players.
So far this season, the Catalan club has pocketed €44mfrom the sales ofPedro (€28m),Adama (€10m)andDeulofeu (€6m).
Last season was a record year in terms of outgoing transfers and Barça raised €80m from the sales of Cesc, Alexis, Bojan and Dos Santos. This season they were forced to sell Pedro for big money in order to balance the books following the arrivals of Arda Turan and Vidal at the club (€58m).
